To approve the extension of contract to TFS Healthcare to provide Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants for Nursing Care provision at Osborne Grove Nursing Home following CQC Inspection.

To approve the extension of contract to Seven Nursing to provide Registered Nurses for Nursing Care provision at Osborne Grove Nursing Home and a CHS Nurse Assessor following the increase in the number of CHC Assessments that are now required to be completed.

For the Director of Adult Services to approve the implementation of Contract Standing Order 10.01 and waive the requirement to tender the contract with Incite Solutions for an interim Nurse Consultant for a period of 4 months from 4th February 2017 to 12th May 2017 at a cost of £18,000.

And extension of contract from 15th May to 18th August 2017 at a cost of £42k.

The total cost over the life the contract is £60,000.

To approve implementation of CSO 10.01.2d(ii) which provides that a waiver may be agreed if the value of the contract is below the applicable threshold pursuant to the regulations and (ii) it is in the Council's overall interest to Seating Matters Ltd for the manufacture and supply of specialist armchairs for residents at OGNH based on assessment of each client's needs and requirements.

That the Director of Adult Social Services approves a variation of the IMCA, DoLS RPR and IMHA contract to increase the funding for the financial year 2017/18 by £6,000, as allowed under CSO 10.21 (a).

Approval of extension of contract with Apex Medical for supplies and equipment servicing at Osborne Grove Nursing Home under CSO 10.02.1. Value £88,000 over 3 years commencing 1st April 2017 with an annual review at the end of each financial year.

The Director of Adult Social Services is asked to give approval to enter into an agreement with Southwark Council in relation to the commissioning of NHS Complaints Advocacy across London

Subject to approval being granted, London Borough of Haringey shall enter into an access agreement with Southwark Council for the provision of pan-London NHS Complaints Advocacy, which will be delivered by Phower.

The contract shall run for a period of 3 years commencing 1st April 2017 with an option to extend for a further period of one year. The total contract cost to Haringey is £68,502 across the lifetime of the contract, £18,400 in year 1, reduced to £16,800 thereafter.

For the Director of Adult Social Services to agree and authorise the Implementation of Contract Standing Order (CSO 10.02.1a) Extension of Contract for spend of up to £80,000 contained within the training budget.

To enter into the Supplemental Agreement and Deed of Variation with BluePointLondon Limited to deliver, on the Council and TfL’s behalf, the pan-London electric vehicle charging point network within the Borough of Haringey.
