For the Director of Adult Services to approve
the implementation of Contract Standing Order 10.01 and waive the
requirement to tender the contract with Incite Solutions for an
interim Nurse Consultant for a period of 4 months from 4th February
2017 to 12th May 2017 at a cost of £18,000.
And extension of contract from 15th May to 18th August 2017 at a
cost of £42k.
The total cost over the life the contract is £60,000.

24*7 Nursing Care to clients.
Following a recent CQC Inspection, an Interim Nurse
Consultant/Change Manager was appointed to ensure implementation of
the recommendations raised by CQC for further action.
No alternative options available. Supplier has
been selected following professional advice by Director Adult
Social Services.
