which provides that a waiver may be agreed if the value of the
contract is below the applicable threshold pursuant to the
regulations and (ii) it is in the Council's overall interest to
Seating Matters Ltd for the manufacture and supply of specialist
armchairs for residents at OGNH based on assessment of each
client's needs and requirements.
OGNH is a regulated activity (CQC) which
provides 24hour nursing care.
Following recent CQC inspection, the home is required to purchase
new arm chairs based on individual assessment needs.
Total cost of contract is £33,742.80 (Gross)
No alternative options considered. Supplier
has been selected following professional advice from the
Physiotherapy Service.
