Authorisation is sought from the Assistant Director Housing to award a contract for the sum of £113,520 + VAT under Contract Standing Order (CSO) 9.07.1c to Martin Arnold to provide Employer’s Agent/Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer services for the Partridge Way and Risley Ave Topham Sq sites.
