+ VAT under Contract Standing Order (CSO) 9.07.1c to Calfordseaden
to provide multi-disciplinary services for the Redlands Summerhill
and White Hart Lane 318a sites.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council requires the services of a
multi-disciplinary consultancy to take the scheme from feasibility
to the end of defects period.

Alternative options – to appoint the
services separately, to appoint a multi-disciplinary via a
framework, or not to make an appointment - were all considered and
rejected, as set out in section 4 of the report.
