The Council requires the services of an
Employers Agent to take this site from start on site to practical
completion/final accounting.
The Council explored combining the Employers
Agent and Clerk of Works Services into a multi-disciplinary
appointment. However, the multidisciplinary contract would not be
value for money as the Council are acquiring the Welbourne Centre
via a Sale Agreement, and the scheme is being built out by Argent
LTD’s appointed contractors, United Living
