Appoint Meritec Limited to provide benefits processing service for a period of 8 months as allowed under Contract Standing Order 10.01.2b)

To approve the award contract to Somerset Gardens Family health Care Centre for the provision of GP Support to clients at Protheroe House under CSO10.01.1b

For the Director of Adult Services to approve the implementation of Contract Standing Order 10.01 and waive the requirement to tender the contract with Ameo Ltd, Gatenby Sanderson and Hays Ltd for two interim project managers and one interim business analyst for a period of 5 months from 2 August 2017 to 29 December 2017 at a maximum total cost of £165,440 + VAT

To approve the extension of contract to Wealden Rehab to provide specialist bathing equipment at Osborne Grove Nursing Home following CQC Inspection.

To approve officers' recommendations as set out in item 9 of the attached report

This report was approved under delegated authority for the award of a loan agreement to The High Cross London Ltd for the value of £72,000 subject to the approval of license, lease and planning permission.
The business will use the loan in order to refurbish the property to operational standards and to purchase new equipment. Works include the installation of essential services, seating, new windows, bar/coldroom, kitchen, toilet and interior and exterior lighting and signage

Haringey, Client & Commissioning Manager seeks authorisation to appoint a consultant for the delivery of the Phase 1 works package of repairs and maintenance at Bruce Castle Museum and Haringey Archives.

That the Director of Housing & Growth in accordance with Contract Standing Orders (CSO) 10.01.1(b) and 10.01.2(d)(ii) agrees to waive the requirement to obtain 3 competitive quotations as required under CSO 9.01 and in accordance with CSO 9.07.1(c) to award a contract to Sanctuary Supported Living (SSL), for an initial term of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. The total price over the proposed life of the contract is £165,570.93.

That the Interim Director - Commercial and Operations:
1) grants final approval to the event promoters, to hire Finsbury Park to hold a one-day concert on 1 July 2017 and the Wireless festival on 7, 8 & 9 July
2017, subject to the signing of the Council’s commercial park hire
contract.
2) notes that the final hire fee, as detailed in paragraph 8.1.1 of the report, is an increase since the Cabinet Member decision made in Feb. 2017 which authorised conditional in principle approval for the hire.

Contract Variation under 10.02.1(a) to the Cycle Training Contract to vary the contract by a further £20,000.

For the Director of Housing and Growth to waive the requirement of CSO 9.01 as permitted under Contract Standing Order 10.01.02 (d)(ii) and (iii) and award the Home Sweet Home Contract as permitted under CSO 10.01.1(b) to Metropolitan with a maximum value of £158,080 with an option to extend the contract for a period of 12 months.

The term of the contract shall be from 1st August 2017 to 31st July 2018. The total value of the contract including the extension is £316,160.

To approve the implementation of Contract Standing Order 10.02.1b and vary and in crease the value of the Contract Sum in line with the anticipated construction Final Account value
