accordance with Contract Standing Orders (CSO) 10.01.1(b) and
10.01.2(d)(ii) agrees to waive the requirement to obtain 3
competitive quotations as required under CSO 9.01 and in accordance
with CSO 9.07.1(c) to award a contract to Sanctuary Supported
Living (SSL), for an initial term of 2 years with an option to
extend for a further period of 1 year. The total price over the
proposed life of the contract is £165,570.93.
To continue service provision for vulnerable
service users with a wide range of issues including mental
