Stages 0-7 in accordance with projected construction

Considering the project has achieved practical
completion, there is little option but to uplift the consultancy
awards as per the projected final account and in line with the CRCS
framework. Retrospective value engineering will be undertaken as
part of the Project Managers role in order to ensure the contract
value is appropriate and consultancy awards are adjusted
fairly
