Decision:

It is recommended that the Director of Housing, Regeneration and Planning in consultation with the Lead Member for Housing and Estate Renewal: -
• Notes the contents of the Equalities Impact Assessment attached as Appendix A.
• Agrees that the temporary suspension of the Choice Based Lettings scheme for lettings of Council housing on secure or introductory tenancy terms be lifted and that the Scheme hereafter apply with the amendments referred to at 1.2 above removed.

Decision:

That the Assistant Director for Housing retrospectively approves the additional contract cost and fees as follows: -

1. A variation of the contract with Engie Regeneration Limited to increase the value of the contract sum by £220,000.

2. The additional consultants’ fees of £16,610 resulting in a total additional cost of £236,610.

3. That £117,869 of the cost of these works will not be recharged to the leaseholders of properties at 1-24 Wall Court N4, included in their scope.

That the Assistant Director for Housing notes the revised total cost of this project is now £409,238.
