- Councillor John Bevan - Personal - "I am on the Board of The Lea Valley Park Authority, but have no involvement with the planning committee of The Park Authority. My position is that I genuinely believe that I have only a personal interest. However, as the Park planning committee have submitted a very strong and definitive statement objecting to this application, I will not take any part in this application. This is a matter of caution and to avoid any possible controversy concerning public perception on this occasion”.
