To request approval to award a contract to McBains Limited for multi-disciplinary design services in relation to producing the specification, tendering and contract administration of the Building Services Improvements Programme for Wave 1 Lot 1 sites which include Bruce Grove Primary School, Lordship Lane Primary School and Stroud Green Primary School, RIBA stages 1-6. The value of the award is £180,800.75

Approval to waive Contract Standing Order (CSO) 8.03 (requirement to obtain at least three competitive quotations) as allowed under CSO 10.01.2 D and in accordance with CSO 9.06.1 C to award the contract for the development of a construction logistics mapping and visualisation tool for Tottenham Hale to Real PM Limited (RPM Ltd).

To approve the final Heads of Terms for the transfer of two land parcels to Network Rail

To approve the following decisions:
1. To implement Contract Standing Order 9.07.1 (c), which provides that a Director may award, assign, or novate contracts valued at less than £500,000 (five hundred thousand pounds) for the purposes of appointing Belshaw Building Consultancy to provide Building Surveyor services to convert four vacant shops to housing.

2. Award a contract to Belshaw Building Consultancy Ltd for a total fee of £128,000 + VAT.

For the Assistant Director for Regeneration to approve a waiver of the requirement under CSO 8.03 to undertake the request for 3 quotes procedure in order to make the contract award to Jan Kattein Architects, for design services from RIBA Stage 2-7 and contract administration to a maximum value of £20,000. In addition to approve the issue of a letter of intent, in accordance with CSO 9.07.3, to Jan Kattein Architects in the amount of £2,360. For the order of works to undertake designs to RIBA Stage 2 (£1960) and QS report for Stage 2 (£400).
