02/09/2024 - Waiver to enable agreed reimbursement of incurred costs by the council’s appointed consultant, Liz Hingley, as part of the successful delivery of the first phase of the Ashley Road Depot Legacy Project.

Approval to waive Contract Standing Order 08.03 and implement CSO 10.01.2. to reimburse the council’s appointed consultant, Liz Hingley, the agreed material and other costs incurred in delivering the first phase of the ARD Legacy Project. The incurred costs (£4,000) mean a revised total cost of £13,950 (plus VAT) for delivery of the first phase of the ARD Legacy Project. This is a £4,000 (plus VAT) increase over the original contract value of £9,950 (plus VAT).
