obtain at least three competitive quotations) pursuant to 10.01.1
(b) on the basis of 10.01.2.(d)(ii).
For the Head of Major Projects to approve the award of contract to
Ayerst Environmental Limited in the sum of £11,200 (quote
reference AQ24-00106 as attached) pursuant to Contract Standing
Order (CSO) 9.07.1(c).
