08/01/2024 - Request to approve a contract variation under 10.02;1(a) as allowed under CSO 10.01.2 (d) (ii) for the appointment of a Quality Monitor architect on the scheme at Cranwood, 100 Woodside Avenue, London N10

Approve a variation of the contract with Levitt Bernstein Architects to increase the value by £56,448 to complete the quality monitor role for architecture and landscape design work at the above site under Contract Standing Order 10.02.1(a). The revised overall cumulative value of the contract is therefore, £390,653.
