Approve a variation of the contract with Levitt Bernstein Architects to increase the value by £56,448 to complete the quality monitor role for architecture and landscape design work at the above site under Contract Standing Order 10.02.1(a). The revised overall cumulative value of the contract is therefore, £390,653.

Reasons for the decision:

Planning condition 26 of the planning decision notice dated 10 October 2022 states that Levitt Bernstein Architects continues to be employed as project architect

Alternative options considered:

Tendering out a new contract would not be in keeping with the scheme’s conditional planning consent and cost the Council additional money and time, so this option was therefore rejected.
