It is recommended that the Director of
Housing,
Regeneration and Planning:-
• Pursuant to CSO 9.07.1(c) approves the award of a contract
to Hughes & Salvidge Limited for demolition services (as
described in the report) for the sum of £119,500.00
• Approves the associated consultancy fees of up to
£38,022.50, payable to Ridge and Partners LLP.
