That the Assistant Director for Housing, authorises: -
A) The payment of previously approved Lead Consultant/Employers
Agent fees where the Council’s SAP system has expired.
B) The payment of the Lead Consultant/Employers Agent
consultancy’s additional fees, where further properties were
added to backfill those previously surveyed, where no access was
given by the resident.
C) The payment of the Lead Consultant/Employers Agent consultancy
fees where non-compliant fire doors to the Sandlings estate had to
be replaced.
