Authorisation is sought from the Assistant
Director of Housing to approve the award of a contract to Sloane
Curtis as allowed under CSO 9.07.1c (Bid Acceptance and Contract
Award) in the sum of £28,800.00 + VAT to provide strip out
works at Harvey House, Scales Road and Finsbury Road.
