To approve (1) the waiver of Contract Standing
Order (CSO) 8.03 (requirement to obtain quotations) Under CSO
10.01.1b; in addition, (2) the approval for the award of the
contract under CSO 9.07.1 (c)
Approve the appointment Kirkman and Jourdain Ltd to undertake
required construction works for a total sum of
£48,350.97,
Approval to instruct Haringey Council Legal Services to issue a
Letter of Intent permitting orders to be raised by Kirkman &
Jourdain Ltd with their supply chain; up to and not exceeding 10%
of the contract sum.
