The
Overview & Scrutiny Committee reviews or scrutinises decisions
made and actions taken in connection with the discharge of any of
the Executive’s or Council’s functions. It also makes
reports and recommendations to Full Council, the Cabinet or
relevant non-Cabinet Committees in connection with the discharge of
any functions.
Additionally, it exercises the right to call-in any decisions
made but not yet implemented by the Cabinet.
