URGENT BUSINESS: The Chair will consider the admission of any late items of urgent business. (Late items will be considered under the agenda item where they appear. New items will be dealt with at item 8 below). Minutes: The Legal Services Senior Lawyer, Mr Terence Mitchison, gave Members a an oral briefing (as well as tabling a short briefing) on the relationship between licensing applications and town planning controls in terms of their powers to take into account representations made by the Planning Enforcement Team.

Minutes: This Item was withdrawn from consideration due to ongoing dialogue between the applicant and the responsible authorities. |

YAYLA RESTAURANT, 429 Green Lanes, N4 (Seven Sisters ward): To consider an application to vary a New Premises License. Minutes: RESOLVED:
The Committee decided not to grant the application for variation. The reason for this was in order to prevent public nuisance to interested parties, it was necessary to refuse later hours based on the evidence heard from local residents in the vicinity of the premises, who had experienced noise nuisance late at night. |
