This report is seeking the extension of the NSL (Marston Holdings) Nuisance Vehicle Contract for the provision of services relating to the handling of nuisance vehicles, including removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned and obstructively parked vehicles. The service ensures the Council can respond to reports, maintain the highway network, and manage environmental and safety risks. The proposed extension will maintain continuity of statutory service while enabling alignment with future procurement and service review requirements.
