The Government’s new Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) provides funding to deliver crisis and resilience services to residents. This decision will authorise spend to continue existing crisis support, ensuring continuity whilst the full policy is developed. Additionally, the policy will authorise administration costs associated with the administration of these schemes. This decision needs to be made in March 2026 to ensure continuity of crisis support prior to agreement of the final policy. The Council’s full approach to the CRF will be agreed in quarter 2 of 2026//27.
