This report seeks approval from the Council (as owner of the the Company, Homes for Haringey) of the termination agreement for the former property management agreement between Haringey Community Benefit Society ("HCBS") and Homes for Haringey ("HfH"). The property management was set up during the lifetime of the Council ALMO. This termination agreement is required to formally severe the legal agreement ahead of a new management agreement being agreed.
