The report will seek approval to vary the existing surveying contract with Faithorn farrell & Timms to enable the completion of surveys to identify or elimiate the presence of Reinforced Aerated Autoclave Concrete (RAAC) in our housing stock. The original award was for £450k and this is to increase it by 50% to a maximum of £675k in total to cover the additional £250k RAAC survey cost and allow surveys for repairs to continue.
