Dovecote Avenue, N22 is located in Noel Park Ward and attracts regular incidents of fly tipping, graffiti, drug dealing, drug taking, street drinking, discarded beer cans, drugs paraphernalia, urine, and faeces. To ensure that the community does not continue to be affected by these issues, approval is sought to introduce a PSPO and gate the Avenue & prevent unauthorised access.
