Harringay Ward Alcohol Control PSPO expires on the 18th October 2023. There is a consideration of expanding the order to include additional prohibitions. This would require a full meaningful co-production and consultation, which is expected to take between 6 and 12 months. During this time, to ensure that the community does not lose the protection of the existing PSPO prohibitions, we propose to extend the existing PSPO for a period 18 months and the extension requires statutory consultation
