New Contract to support the council moving to Windows 11. The current Windows laptop devices are approaching 5 years old and end of life and will not support Windows 11, as Windows 10 becomes obsolete. The contract will enable a device refresh of corporate laptops. This is a capital scheme 657 as approved by the Cabinet MTFS Budget Monitoring Committee.
