Request award of a contract of Integrated Lifestyle Change Programme (known as One You Haringey-OYH) for an initial period of four (4) years at a cost of £2,200,000, with an option to extend for a further period/periods of up to four (4) years at a total cost of £4,400,000 for the maximum 8 years including the proposed extension(s). The contract is commencing on 1 February 2024. The Integrated Lifestyle Change Programme known as One You Haringey (OYH) aims to provide assessment and/or identification of risk factors or conditions, provision of health improvement advice and interventions relating to factors and conditions associated with ill health and its determinants, for improved population and indidual level outcomes and to reduce health inequalities and promote a healthier lifestyle for all.
