Following a tender exercise, in October 2022 contracts were awarded to three law firms on the LBLA Framework. The value of those contracts was capped and will soon be exceeded. As there is a need to retain the law firms to carry out legal casework in relation to housing disrepair claims, it is proposed that the contracts be varied so as to increase the contract value.
