This report seeks approval to enter into funding agreement with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities for the acceptance of Levelling Up grant funding, totalling £20M for the delivery of Phase One of the Selby Urban Village Redevelopment project and give delegated authority to the Director of Placemaking and Housing after consultation with the section 151 Officer to agree the final terms of the funding agreement.
