This is an Operation and Maintenance contract for modern DEN systems within the HRA (to include Broadwater Farm, Rosa Luxemburg, Walter Tull House, and other systems to be added over the life of the contract). The decision sought will be to select a determine the provisional outcome of the procurement and to give authority for s20 consultation with leaseholders. Delegated authority will be sought to allow CM Housing Services, Private Renters and Planning to award the contract via member signing assuming no major issues arise from the s20 consultation.
