The £20m will be utilised towards the delivery of Phase One of the Selby Urban Village scheme. Which comprises new Selby Centre, Sports facilities and landscaping. The Cabinet Member Signing will be used if the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities have not issued a directive for the Council to accept receipt of the monies in time for Cabinet on 14 March 2023.
