To seek approval to extend the existing contract for Multi-Disciplinary Professional Services in line with the terms of the contract. This contract provides project management, quantity surveying and principal designer services for key projects to Haringey's housing stock. This approval exercises the option to extend the original contract amount of by 4.8m and ending in April 2027 in line with the terms of the contract. Further extensions up to the amount stated in February 2018 cabinet report will be delegated to Director of Placemaking and housing. delegation
