In October 2021 a report was taken to Cabinet, which recommended a multidisciplinary design services contract award for the Civic Centre project. The report incorrectly stated that the contract award should be made to Hawkins Brown Ltd. This report seeks to rectify this mistake and allow the award be made to Hawkins Brown Design Ltd.
