Update to the Council’s Corporate Asset Management Plan. This update includes revised objectives to align with councils priorities. The report will address the recommendations from recent property Audits, which will be incorporated into a joint Asset Management and Property improvement plan This will result in some new sections for this changing context and extending the period the plan covers to align with the MTFS.
