The award of contract to Mulalley up to a value of £1,366,875 for Phase 1 works was granted by Cabinet on 15.06.21 and varied by Cabinet Member on 17.01.22. The award of contract to Mulalley up the value of £1,264,690.60 for Phase 2 was granted by Cabinet Member on 09.11.21. Due to unforeseen circumstances on both phases, permission is sought to increase the values of the awards to allow works to continue to address condition issue, settlement of final accounts and deliver the improvements to the school in the least disruptive manner.
