A support package has been put forward to assist residents and businesses of Black Boy Lane with the street name change to La Rose Lane. The change has been agreed to take effect on 23/01/23. We are seeking approval for the 'voluntary payment' of £300 to each household on Black Boy Lane to compensate inconvenience and / or administrative cost that may be incurred.
