The award of the contract to City Axis up to a value of £1,258,027.47 at Lordship Lane Primary School was granted on 9th November 2021. Permission is sought to increase the value of this award to accommodate variations which will continue to address condition issues and deliver the improvements to the school in the least disruptive manner. This procurement was part of a wider project at Lordship Lane Primary School which seeks to address existing building deficiencies preventing failure of the building fabric and services, and to improve building energy efficiencies. This award is to build a new school nursery using modern methods of construction. Some of this work is subject to central government funding (carbon grant).
