The award of the contracts to Mulalley were varied on 16th February 2022 from £2,270,002.90 to £2,644,202.90 at West Green Primary School, and from £2,763,207 to £3,082,000 at Bruce Grove Primary School (original awards granted by Cabinet Member on 02.07.21 and Cabinet on 16.06.21 respectively). Due to unforeseen circumstances permission is sought to further increase the values of the awards to allow works to continue to address condition issues and deliver the improvements to the school in the least disruptive manner.
