The award of the contract to Cosmur Construction Ltd for a value up to a value of £1,498,628.48 00 at Stroud Green Primary School was granted by Cabinet on 14.09.21. Due to unforeseen circumstances permission is sought to increase the value of the awards to allow works to continue to address condition issues and deliver the improvements to the school in the least disruptive manner. Notice of this decision was also given via General Exception notice on the 25th of April.
