To undertake urgent condition works which include roof repairs, fire compartmentation, distribution pipework for heating and hot & cold services, repair and replacement of windows. The works have been carefully planned to support manufacturing and procurement periods which enables the Council to maximise the summer holiday period, eliminate the need for decant space, and complete in November 2022.
