The award of the contracts to Mulalley for values up to a value of £2,063,639 at West Green Primary School, and up to a value of £2,512,007 at Bruce Grove Primary School were granted by Cabinet Member on 02.07.21 and Cabinet on 16.06.21 respectively. Due to unforeseen circumstances, permission is sought to increase the values of the awards to allow works to continue to address condition issues and deliver the improvements to the schools in the least disruptive manner.
