The award of the contract to Mulalley for a value up to a value of £985,887.00 at Campsbourne Primary School, up to a value of £1,233,942.20 at Seven Sisters Primary School, and up to a value of £1,113,197.80 at Stroud Green Primary School was granted by Cabinet on 15 June 2021. Due to unforeseen circumstances, permission is sought to increase the value of the awards to allow works to continue to address condition issues and deliver the improvements to the school in the least disruptive manner.
