This procurement is part of a wider project at Lordship Lane Primary School which seeks to address existing building deficiencies preventing failure of the building fabric and services, and to improve building energy efficiencies. This award is to build a new school nursery using modern methods of construction. Some of this work is subject to central government funding (carbon grant). With an ongoing planning and procurement process underway, the most suitable Cabinet meeting is November to meet the delivery programme.
