There is a need to introduce an enhanced payment options policy for leaseholders, as they have not been reviewed for several years. Authority to consult with leaseholders was given at December 2020's Cabinet meeting. Consultation is now underway and due to be completed mid-June. Approval is now being sought to introduce the new and enhanced payment options policy for leaseholders, in line with the outcome of the consultation.
