This report will seek a review the consultation feedback to the draft HRW Local Lettings Policy and Love Lane Leaseholder Offer and the engagement feedback on the proposed commitments to Non-Secure tenants in Temporary Accommodation. It will seek approval of the final versions of these documents. The report will also set out the HRW Masterplan engagement feedback received to date. The report will also seek approval of the HRW Landlord Offer and authority to undertake a ballot with eligible Love Lane Estate residents, in line with the GLA Funding Guidance.
