To approve the Schools Funding Formula 2021-2022. The Council are required to submit the Authority Proforma Tool to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) on 21 January, following the decision-making meeting of the Schools Forum on 14 January. This decision requires a Cabinet Member Signing to be taken forward before the funding allocation can be submitted to the ESFA for approval.
