The report will be recommending the waiver of contract standing orders 9.01 to 9.07 to allow the council to enter into this contract until the 30th of June 2020. The report will also be noting of the amount spent or committed in dealing with this issue to date to and going forward, together with seeking approval to the virement of government supplied Covid 19 funding held in the General Fund in order to meet these financial obligations. The report will note the amount already spent or committed to in the provision of 240 units and the likely forecast in order to meet this need going forward.
